In my opinion this is a really solid deal for an investor but especially the one's coming in at the final hour.
To be able to get in on a play like this and pull your original capital out in 12 - 24 months (assuming interest rates are where we want them to be at that point, is nice).
This is also a property that will cashflow rather quickly so this won't be something where your money is locked up for years and years without seeing a dime.
I also like that 12 of the 48 units will be set aside for airbnb purposes. There is a cult following to stay in luxury container homes and being this close proximity to the hospital and the college is very appealing to me.
Paul and his crew that are completing this project are going to Branson, Missouri next and as an investor in the shipping container project we'll have first dips on their next project in Branson which will be right on the lake.
