We like that you own the store, without having to buy the inventory.  It's unique to be able to leverage the developers manufacturing relationships without having to buy a ton of inventory up front.

We like that the manufacturers who dropship to your customer once a sale has been made are all U.S.A. based and will white label it with your brand name.

We like that you own the actual asset which is the shopify store without the possibility of being shut down like what happens regularly on amazon and walmart

We like that there is a clear path to exit if you'd wish with a proven company that specializes in flipping online businesses

In my opinion this is a really solid deal for an investor but especially the one's coming in at the final hour.  

To be able to get in on a play like this and pull your original capital out in 12 - 24 months (assuming interest rates are where we want them to be at that point, is nice). 

This is also a property that will cashflow rather quickly so this won't be something where your money is locked up for years and years without seeing a dime.

I also like that 12 of the 48 units will be set aside for airbnb purposes.  There is a cult following to stay in luxury container homes and being this close proximity to the hospital and the college is very appealing to me.

Paul and his crew that are completing this project are going to Branson, Missouri next and as an investor in the shipping container project we'll have first dips on their next project in Branson which will be right on the lake.

If you've seen my wealth waterfall video on social media, this is exactly that in action.  This is the type of developer that i believe we can do deal after deal after deal with the same original capital used each time.
